The Water Street District located in downtown Dayton consists of new office space, parking garage, and apartments. JPA designed the first four story office building, home to PNC’s Dayton headquarters as well as the adjacent three level parking structure with 329 parking spaces. The office building is LEED certified. The architecture combines traditional elements with modern, maximizing opportunities for daylight and optimizing views of Riverscape and downtown Dayton. JPA continues to work with Crawford Hoying and Woodard Development to assist with tenant fit out of spaces as they are leased.
