fully integrated Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology for the past 12 years. We also offer in-house laser scanning services which provide a highly accurate account of existing site conditions.
Additionally, our team has the capability to walk clients through a project prior to construction in a virtual environment.
Renderings + Animation
Our in-house rendering and animation team ensures that clients receive high quality, interactive visuals in a timely manner. Renderings and videos provide value, from team buy-in to fundraising efforts.
Building Information Modeling (BIM)
BIM encourages users to visualize the space throughout the entire
design process. As soon as design begins, 3-D images are being produced. Additionally, this technology allows for product simulations, energy analysis, and phasing simulations. It can accelerate the overall project schedule and promotes better coordination during the design process.
